Flash Friday: Lunchskins

Yes, yes, we know it seems like every minute of every day we are talking about Lunchskins and just how much we love them. But we just can’t get enough! After searching high and low (we are amazing tree climbers) for an innovative and functional plastic/disposable snack bag alternative, we finally found Lunchskins and brought them into Canada about a year ago.  It was love at first snack!

We have turned skeptics into believers and believers into lovers. People order one and then come back for more and more. They are still flying off of our virtual shelves and continue to get amazing reviews.

We are always so fascinated to see how people choose to pair their Lunchskins and find certain trends among our amazing customers. We want to know how you would match or un-match your Lunchskins. Let us know below and you could WIN!

There are the “matchy matchy mommy” type that mix …

The “matchy but not too matchy” type mix …

The stylin’ school kids mix …

The eclectic mix …

The tech geek combo …

and last, but definitely not least, the ultimate Raspberry Kids fan chooses …

I like the green pear and green dot combination and I think my daughters would like the pink ones the best! They could be used for all kinds of things but I think I would use the smaller ones as a tooth fairy pillow; that's the big thing around here right now with 2 wiggly teeth for my 6 year old!! (I am already a fan on Facebook too) <3

My son is starting kindergarten in September & we are hoping for a litter free lunch! He loves the blue sharks, red crabs, and green pears... & he thinks the pink and flower ones would be perfect for his little sister (she's 2)!

Recently for my son's teacher I bought lunchskins which happens to be the School mix. I love my black and white flower lunchskin and my son loves his green lizzard Lunchskin. I would like to see the apple +pear combo
  15. Amanda Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
LOVE the stylin' school kids mix!!! We're in desperate need of some reuseable snack bags around here, so that's exactly what I'd use them for.

  18. Irene Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
We already have the apple ones and they are fantastic! I am so impressed by this product - we used them all through the school year almost everyday and they washed and wore extremely well. In fact they are still good for next year - although I would love to try oput some new colours! The ones I have are perfect for 1/2 sandwich or a bunch of grapes or cookies or muffins. Much easier to pack than a plastic container and they seem to stop the breads from getting soggy too (which is bonus with my kids). Lunchskins are the BEST :)
  19. Nadine Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
I like. Red apple and green pear. I dislike disposable packaging so these would help. I really like the little ones too for use inside my laptop lunch box for extra functionality.
  20. Leanne Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
I like the stylin school set. I used lunchskins for my kids markers when we took our last road trip.

My son begins kindergarten this year, and will be taking his lunch for the first time! We've been trying to stock up on litterless lunch supplies, and have 2 lunchskins so far. Would love to add a few more, especially because mom & dad take their lunches too! Love that little hands can open the lunchskins easily. Love the eclectic mix, and would love to add green pear :-) "Like" and subscribe... Thanks!
  24. Kelly Janssens Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
I'm loving that pear design, but I'd say I'm a 'stylin' kids type
  25. Erin Bloemberg Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
LOve love love lunchskins I bought 6 this year for my daughter's lunches. They are so versatile and waterproof. I thinking about getting some for myself and my husband in the fall. So far I am matchy but not too matchy pink swirl sandwich bags with pink striped snack bags. The green pear would be a nice vibrant addition in our lunch bags.
  26. Jacquie Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
Have been dying to try one of these!
  27. Brandi Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
My husband would kill me if I didn't say sharks and I'd have to add the buds in berry. My daughter would end up using them to store random little toys she'd been playing with or dice.
  28. Kristina Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
    Matchy matchy for me!
  29. Kristina Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011

We LOVE our Lunchskins for school lunches - sandwiches, fruit or veggies, popcorn. Whatever we can fit in there the Lunchskins can handle and then into the dishwasher they go! I let my kids choose their own fun patterns (flowers for my daughter and sharks for my son) - can't do that with a plastic sandwich bag ;) The only thing better than Lunchskins is more (matchy!) Lunchskins!

we like choosing the bags that suit each kid's personality.. so really.. our collection doesn't match one bit.. but that's OK.
  42. Lisa G Friday - 22 / 07 / 2011
We'd go earthy with a 'green' series - either vertical green stripes or green pear sandwich size and a green polka dots snack size OR a 'brown' series - horizontal brown stripes and brown wolf. We have used our Lunchskins for these other great uses...sunscreen, lip screen, hand sanitizer / make-up for Momma! / stickers / crayons / rock collecting to name a few! We love our lunchskins!

i use one to carry my daughters bib, spoon, and fork set (and sometimes a bribe) to take to restaurants. keeps all the items neat and tidy in my diaper bag. if she makes a mess of her bib i can still throw it back into the lunchskin and not goop up my bag. :)

i like you on facebook too. I love the sharks, and I would put together the crabs, sharks and lizards or maybe with the wolves. The animal prints are so cute. Forget the kid's lunches, I might abscond with the crabby print one to keep my phone from getting all crumby in the diaper bag. It would be nice to slip the passports into one too, no worries about not seeing them buried in my purse/bag. Way better than the tatty old ziploc I've been using for our ID!
