Jenna’s Gems: Dwell Studio Large Travel Case

On Monday I came back from a rather extensive summer vacation in Europe (you can see a couple blog posts from abroad here and here). As an experienced traveler (I have been very lucky to have parents that love to travel), I have packing for long (and short) trips down to a science. One thing that I had not mastered though was the art of toiletry packing.

Days before I was leaving, Sue mentioned just how much she loved her Dwell Travel Case that she had recently purchased. I had never considered it for myself as I always associated it with being perfect for diaper bags. Upon closer consideration I realized just how great it could be. But like everything, I needed to try it before I could really deliberate.

After many weeks away, many hotels, train, planes and automobiles it is safe to say that I have put this travel case through every test imaginable. I can confidently say that this is an amazing travel case. It is narrow which makes it not only amazing to pack but also great for very narrow bathroom counters like they have in Europe. The sturdy, flat bottom allows it to stand up on its own and the outside pocket is great for easy access. And of course, the design is very stylish. I chose the Brown Dots (which unfortunately we are now sold out of in the large size) and at no moment during the trip was I the slightest bit embarrassed about the state of my toiletry bag. If anything, I wanted to flaunt it.

The coated exterior makes it very easy to wipe off in case of accidental water spray in the bathroom. It is large enough to fit everything that one would need for an extended vacation yet is not too large or invasive when it comes to packing or to take along on a weekend trip. Needless to say, I am very impressed and a fan of my Dwell Travel Case. I have tried so many others on the market (both expensive and free) and have never anything I am so satisfied with.
